Public auction; postponement of sale

1. A sale at public auction must be made
in the county in which the real property is located, and if it is located in
two or more counties, it may be sold in either. The sale must be made between
the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the day named in the notice of sale, unless
the sale is postponed.
2. If, at the time appointed for the sale,
the personal representative determines that the sale should be postponed, it
may be postponed from time to time, not to exceed 3 months. In case of a
postponement, notice must be given by a public declaration at the time and
place first appointed for the sale.
