Nevada Code § 144.080

Failure to file inventory: Revocation of letters; payment of fees and costs; liability on bond

If
a personal representative neglects or refuses to file the inventory within the
time prescribed by law or extended by the court, the court may, upon such
notice as it deems appropriate:
1. Revoke the letters of the personal
representative;
2. Order that the fees and costs incurred
by the interested person seeking to enforce the provisions of this section be
satisfied by the bond of the personal representative or, in the absence of a
bond, be paid personally by the personal representative; or
3. Hold the personal representative liable
on the bond of the personal representative for any injuries sustained by the
estate through his or her gross negligence or willful misconduct.
