Nevada Code § 132.375

1. For the purposes of this title, being
in the presence of a testator, settlor, principal or witness includes,
without limitation, being in the same location at the same time or appearing in
the same location at the same time by means of audio-video communication.
2. As used in this section, audio-video
communication has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph (b) of subsection 3
of NRS 133.088 .
