The provisions of this chapter, to the extent they do not conflict with the provisions of NRS 432B.5901 to 432B.5908 , inclusive, apply to all proceedings concerning the termination of parental rights that are commenced pursuant to NRS 432B.5901 by an agency which provides child welfare services.
