Marriage or domestic partnership of gestational carrier after executing gestational agreement does not affect validity of agreement

The marriage or domestic partnership of a
gestational carrier after she executes a gestational agreement does not affect
the validity of the gestational agreement and:
1. The consent of the legal spouse or
domestic partner of the gestational carrier to the gestational agreement is not
required.
2. The legal spouse or domestic partner of
the gestational carrier must not be presumed to be the parent of any resulting
child.
