Sales: Approval of advertising and offering

1. A subdivision consisting of land
situated in the State of Nevada or another state must not be advertised or
offered for sale within the State of Nevada until the advertising and offering
is approved by the Division. Each advertisement must contain the processing
number assigned by the Division.
2. Each application for approval of
advertising must be accompanied by:
(a) A filing fee based on a schedule of fees
established by the Division; and
(b) Fees for inspecting the advertising and the
property in amounts established by the Division.
3. The Division shall render a decision
upon an application for approval of an advertising or offering within 30 days
from the date the application is filed.
4. The Division shall adopt regulations to
accomplish the purpose of this section.
