Nevada Code § 119.114

Administration by Real Estate Division; duties of Attorney General

1. The Division may do all things
necessary and convenient for carrying into effect the provisions of this
chapter.
2. The Attorney General shall provide
opinions for the Division on all questions of law relating to the construction
or interpretation of this chapter, or arising out of the administration
thereof.
3. The Attorney General shall act as the
attorney for the Division in all actions and proceedings brought against the
Division under or pursuant to any of the provisions of this chapter or the
regulations promulgated thereunder.
