Presumption of conveyance with land: Water rights, permits, certificates and applications appurtenant to land

Unless
the deed conveying land specifically provides otherwise, all:
1. Applications and permits to appropriate
any of the public waters;
2. Certificates of appropriation;
3. Adjudicated or unadjudicated water
rights; and
4. Applications or permits to change the
place of diversion, manner of use or place of use of water,
which are
appurtenant to the land are presumed to be conveyed with the land.
