Statute suspended when person against whom cause of action exists dies out of State

If a
person against whom a cause of action exists dies without the State, the time
which elapses between the persons death and the expiration of 1 year after the
issuing, within this state, of letters testamentary or letters of
administration is not a part of the time limited for the commencement of an
action therefor against the persons executor or administrator.
