1. As used in NRS 100.200 to 100.230 , inclusive, unless the context
otherwise requires, the terms securitization and securitization transaction
include, without limitation, the pooling and repackaging by a special purpose
entity of assets or other credit exposures that may be sold to investors.
2. The terms include transactions that
create stratified credit risk positions whose performance is dependent upon an
underlying pool of credit exposures, including, without limitation, loans and
commitments.
3. The terms must be construed broadly.
