87-4-1011 . Records and reporting. (1) Each licensee shall keep accurate records of the number and species of furbearers purchased, transferred, or sold and the name of each person to whom or from whom such furbearers were purchased, transferred, or sold. (2) On or before January 31 of each year, each licensee shall file a report with the director, showing the number and species of furbearers on hand on January 1 and the number and species of furbearers purchased, transferred, or sold during the past year. All records described in this section must be kept for not less than 3 years.
