85-3-207 . Separate permit for each operation. (1) Separate permits must be issued for each operation. (2) If a permit is issued, the holder of the permit shall confine activities to the time and area limits set forth in the notice of intention, unless modified by the department. The permittee's activities must conform to any conditions imposed by the department. The permit may not be sold or transferred.
