85-2-516 . Well logs. (1) Within 60 days after any well is completed, the driller shall file with the bureau a well log report. (2) Except as provided in subsection (3), the well log report must be filed on a form specified by the department in consultation with the board of water well contractors provided for in 2-15-3307 and the bureau. The driller shall provide a location for the well using at least two methods as specified on the form. (3) The bureau may allow submission of the well log report in an electronic format that is in accordance with the form specified as provided in subsection (2). (4) The bureau may return the report for refiling if it is incomplete or incorrect.
