81-30-105 . Penalty. (1) A person convicted of violating 81-30-103 (2)(f) shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 3 months, or both. (2) A person convicted of an act that violates 81-30-103 (1) and (2)(a) through (2)(e) and that results in $500 or less in damage or destruction shall be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 6 months, or both. (3) A person convicted of an act that violates 81-30-103 (1) and (2)(a) through (2)(e) and that results in more than $500 in damage or destruction shall be fined not more than $50,000 or be imprisoned in the state prison for a term not to exceed 10 years, or both.
