80-8-403 . Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) "Department" means the department of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001 . (2) "Director" means the director of agriculture as provided for in 2-15-3001 . (3) "School district" means a school district established according to Title 20, chapter 6.
