80-4-430 . Director's enforcement action. Title 80, chapter 4, parts 4 through 7, may not be construed to require the director or the director's authorized representative to report for prosecution or for the institution of civil action a violation if the director or the representative believes that the public interest will best be served by a suitable warning.
