76-16-308 . Regulation of stock grazing in state district. A state district may: (1) specify the breed, quality, and number of male breeding animals that each member must furnish when stock is grazing in common in the state district; (2) regulate the driving of stock over, across, into, or through the range and collect fees for driving stock.
