76-14-115 . Selection of loan recipients. (1) Conservation district supervisors shall initially review loan applications for feasibility and prioritize applications for referral to the department. (2) The department shall organize and review applications for clarity and completeness prior to committee review. (3) The committee shall consider applications and make recommendations to the department. (4) The department shall finally approve or disapprove applications recommended by the committee and shall select loan recipients.
