75-5-322 . Directions to department -- nutrient standards. The department shall: (1) repeal department circular DEQ-12A Montana base numeric nutrient standards as adopted into administrative rule on August 8, 2014; and (2) amend all guidance, assessment methods, total maximum daily load calculations, and other policies and procedures to eliminate reference to or reliance on department circular DEQ-12A.
