75-10-622 . CERCLA match debt service fund. (1) There is a CERCLA match debt service fund within the debt service fund type established in 17-2-102 . (2) The state pledges, allocates, and directs to be credited to the CERCLA match debt service fund money from the resource indemnity and ground water assessment tax, as provided in 15-38-106 , and from the CERCLA cost recovery account, as provided in 75-10-631 .
