7-7-4227 . Notice of election. (1) Notice of the election must be provided in accordance with 13-1-108 . (2) (a) The notice must state: (i) the date when the election will be held; (ii) the amount of bonds proposed to be issued; (iii) the purpose of the bonds; (iv) the term of years through which the bonds will be paid; and (v) other information regarding the election and the proposed bonds that the board may consider proper. (b) If the bonds that are proposed to be issued are for two or more purposes, each purpose and the amount for each purpose must be separately stated.
