Notice Of Election On Incurring Bonded Indebtedness

7-13-2324 . Notice of election on incurring bonded indebtedness. (1) The board of directors shall give notice in accordance with 13-1-108 of the holding of the election. (2) The notice must: (a) state the date of the election; (b) state the hours the polls will be open; (c) describe the boundaries of voting precincts, which may include only the lands to be benefited as stated in the resolution; (d) describe the purpose of the issue, the amount of bonds proposed to be issued, and the term of years for repayment of the bonds; (e) reference the resolution authorizing the election and state that it is available for public inspection; and (f) state any other information that the board considers proper.
