The provisions of 7-12-2101 , 7-12-2107 , 7-12-2115 through 7-12-2120 , 7-12-2131 through 7-12-2140 , 7-12-2153 , 7-12-2154 , 7-12-2161 through 7-12-2165 , 7-12-2166 (2), 7-12-2168 (2), and 7-12-2169 and 7-12-2171 through 7-12-2174 pertaining to rural improvement districts apply under the provisions of this part unless in conflict with the provisions of this part.
