69-12-342 . Authority. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, transportation network carrier services are exclusively governed by this chapter and rules promulgated by the commission consistent with this chapter. (2) A local government as defined in 2-2-102 may not impose a tax or fee on, require a license for, or impose any other operational requirements on transportation network carrier services.
