53-6-502 . Traumatic brain injury trust fund established -- source of funds -- uses. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund to be used to establish a traumatic brain injury trust fund. (2) The trust fund consists of donations or grants received for the purpose of providing services for persons suffering from traumatic brain injury. (3) The money in this account must be used solely for planning, coordinating, and providing services to persons suffering from traumatic brain injury.
