53-20-601 . Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) "Center" means the intensive behavior center provided for in 53-20-602 . (2) "Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201 . (3) "Developmental disability" has the meaning provided in 53-20-102 .
