50-78-306 . Departmental information program. (1) The department may develop and provide to any employer a suitable form of notice to inform employees of their rights under this chapter. (2) The department may develop an education and training program to assist employers in complying with the provisions of 50-78-204 . (3) The department may develop and distribute a supply of informational leaflets on employer duties, employee rights, the effects of hazardous chemicals, and any other topic related to hazardous chemicals in the workplace. (4) The department may contract with the Montana university system or any other public or private organization to develop and implement an information program on hazardous chemicals in the workplace.
