50-74-205 . Purchaser to receive certificate of inspection. (1) Any person purchasing any boiler, whether traction or stationary, shall be entitled to receive from the seller the certificates of inspection issued on such boiler. (2) Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
