50-6-324 . Advisory committee. (1) The department may establish an advisory committee to assist in making determinations regarding: (a) a request for waiver of licensing requirements as provided in 50-6-325 ; (b) the resolution of a complaint as described in 50-6-323 ; and (c) issuance of an order authorized under this part. (2) The advisory committee must be established pursuant to rules adopted by the department.
