50-6-304 . Cooperative agreements -- gifts, grants, and donations. (1) The department may enter into cooperative agreements with any of the state agencies or political subdivisions for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part. (2) The department may accept and administer any gift, grant, or donation of funds to carry out the purposes of this part.
