50-5-310 . Fees. (1) There is no fee for filing a letter of intent. (2) An application for certificate of need approval must be accompanied by a fee that is at least equal to 0.3% of the capital expenditure projected in the application, except that the fee may not be less than $500. (3) Fees collected under this section must be deposited in the general fund.
