50-32-228 . Criteria for placement of drug in Schedule IV. The board shall place a drug in Schedule IV if it finds that: (1) the drug has a low potential for abuse relative to drugs in Schedule III; (2) the drug has currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and (3) abuse of the drug may lead to limited physical dependence or psychological dependence relative to the drugs in Schedule III.
