46-4-105 . Medical examiner state special revenue account. (1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the medical examiner account. (2) Fees for services rendered pursuant to 46-4-103 or other fees acquired by the medical examiner system must be deposited in the account. (3) Funds in the account may be used only for the operation and administration of state forensic laboratories.
