45-9-115 . Criminal manufacture of imitation dangerous drug -- penalty. (1) A person commits the offense of criminal manufacture of an imitation dangerous drug if the person knowingly or purposely manufactures, prepares, or cultivates any imitation dangerous drug. (2) A person convicted of criminal manufacture of an imitation dangerous drug is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100,000 or by imprisonment in the state prison for a term of not more than 10 years, or both.
