41-5-346 . Limitation on placement of delinquent youth. After a probable cause hearing provided for in 41-5-332 , a youth alleged to be a delinquent youth may be placed only: (1) in shelter care, in the facilities described in 41-5-347 ; (2) under home arrest as provided in 41-5-347 ; (3) in detention, as provided in 41-5-348 ; or (4) in a community youth court program.
