41-5-1414 . Right to confront witnesses. In a proceeding on a petition, a party is entitled to: (1) the opportunity to introduce evidence and otherwise be heard on the party's own behalf; (2) confront and cross-examine witnesses testifying against the party; and (3) admit or deny the allegations against the party in the petition.
