41-5-111 . Court costs and expenses. (1) Compensation for services and related expenses for counsel assigned for a party must be paid by the office of state public defender provided for in 2-15-1029 . (2) Expenses for service of summons, notices, subpoenas, fees, and traveling expenses of witnesses, and other witness-related expenses incurred in any proceeding under the Montana Youth Court Act must be paid as provided for in 26-2-506 . (3) Reasonable compensation of a guardian ad litem appointed by the court must be paid as provided for in 3-5-901 . (4) Costs for transcripts and printing briefs must be paid as provided for in 3-5-604 .
