39-71-2610 . Rulemaking -- powers of fund. (1) The board shall establish the rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this part and to meet the responsibilities of the fund. (2) The fund may carry out its responsibilities directly or by contract. It may, if it considers necessary, purchase services and insurance and borrow funds. (3) The fund may receive confidential information concerning the financial condition of a private self-insurer whose liabilities to pay compensation may devolve upon the fund. The board shall adopt rules to prevent dissemination of the information.
