39-71-2409 . Duties of mediator. A mediator shall assist the parties in negotiating a resolution to their dispute by: (1) facilitating an exchange of information between the parties; (2) assuring that all relevant information is brought forth during the mediation process; (3) suggesting possible solutions to issues of dispute between the parties; (4) recommending a solution; and (5) assisting the parties to voluntarily resolve their dispute.
