39-71-223 . Certified copies of public records -- fees. (1) The department shall, on demand, furnish a certified copy of any public record to a person who has a right to inspect it, if the record is of a nature permitting such copying, or shall furnish reasonable opportunity to inspect or copy. (2) The department may establish fees reasonably calculated to reimburse the department for its actual cost in making such records available.
