39-51-2115 . Part-time work search -- eligibility for benefits. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), an individual may not be denied regular unemployment compensation benefits solely because the individual is seeking only part-time work, as that term is defined in rules adopted by the department. (2) In order to be qualified for benefits under subsection (1), the majority of the individual's workweeks in the base period must have been part-time.
