37-56-105 . Qualification of property manager applicants -- examination -- issuance of license. (1) An applicant for a property manager license must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have graduated from an accredited high school or completed an equivalent education as determined by the department; (c) apply for licensure to the department; (d) have successfully completed a course of education approved by the department; and (e) have passed an examination prescribed by the department. (2) The course of education must include the subjects of real estate leasing principles, real estate leasing law, and related topics.
