37-47-405 . Duties of outfitter's assistants. An outfitter's assistant shall: (1) act as would a reasonably prudent member of the profession while engaging in providing the services authorized to be performed while employed or retained by a licensed outfitter; and (2) comply with all standards adopted by board rule.
