37-47-402 . Duties of outfitters and guides. An outfitter or guide offering professional services in this state shall: (1) act as would a reasonably prudent member of the profession while engaging in providing the services authorized to be performed by a licensed member of the profession; (2) comply with all standards adopted by board rule.
