35-21-850 . Annual report of endowment care mausoleum-columbarium. (1) Each mausoleum-columbarium authority operating an endowment care mausoleum or columbarium shall file in its principal office a written report that must be available to any plot owner and that must contain, as of the close of its last fiscal year: (a) the amount of principal of the endowment care fund; and (b) the total amount invested in bonds, securities, or other investments authorized by law and the total amount of cash on hand not invested, which must actually show the financial condition of the trust. (2) All of the information appearing on the report filed in the mausoleum-columbarium authority office must be revised annually and verified by the president and secretary or two officers authorized by the mausoleum-columbarium authority.
