35-21-825 . Sale of interment plots. (1) After filing the map or plat and recording the declaration of dedication, a mausoleum-columbarium authority may sell and convey interment plots, subject to the rules then in effect or adopted by the mausoleum-columbarium authority and subject to other limitations, conditions, and restrictions that may be inserted in or made a part of the declaration of dedication by reference or included in the instrument of conveyance of an interment plot. (2) All conveyances made by a mausoleum-columbarium authority must be signed by an officer or officers as are authorized by the mausoleum-columbarium authority. (3) All plots, the use of which has been conveyed by deed or certificate of ownership as a separate plot, are indivisible except with the consent of the mausoleum-columbarium authority or as provided by law.
