35-14-747 . Applicability to foreign corporations. In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by 35-14-740 through 35-14-747 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except 35-14-743 , 35-14-745 , and 35-14-746 .
