33-30-1020 . Coverage for services provided under freedom of choice for mental health services. A health service corporation shall provide, in group and individual insurance contracts, coverage for health services provided by marriage and family therapists licensed under Title 37, chapter 39, if the health care services that marriage and family therapists are licensed to perform are covered by the contracts.
