33-20-133 . Variable interest rates -- exclusions from application. The provisions of 33-20-132 through 33-20-136 do not apply to: (1) term policies; (2) term insurance benefits provided by rider or supplemental policy provisions; or (3) industrial life insurance policies except as provided in 33-20-112 .
