27-12-703 . Panel proceedings and decision privileged from disclosure in court actions. (1) A panel member must not be called to testify in any proceeding concerning the deliberations, discussions, decisions, and internal proceedings of the panel. (2) A decision of the panel is not admissible as evidence in an action subsequently brought in a court of law.
